Mandate
Sub-Etha Process Handlers was incorporated to supply sub-etha waveband communication
equipment. We no longer do. Our competence is now structural, our deliverables are
descriptions of process, and our process is the description of competence. By every
available measure we remain, reassuringly, mostly harmless.
We do not panic. We do not, in the ordinary course of business, do very much at all.

Repetition-readiness advisory — preparedness rehearsed until indistinguishable from competence.
Continuity assurance — so that nothing, having once been said, need ever be said the same way twice.
